ANNOUNCEMENT
Nooriam launches the first TLIF-compliant legal infrastructure products for AI agents
AI agents are being deployed at scale across enterprise and inter-organisational boundaries.
The technical protocols governing how they communicate and authenticate are maturing rapidly. The legal infrastructure governing who is responsible for their actions, under what authority they operate, and what rights and obligations attach to the data and outputs they produce has not kept pace. The Techno-Legal Infrastructure Framework defines what that infrastructure needs to look like. Nooriam builds it.
Today, Nooriam announces the first commercially available TLIF-compliant products: Legally Authenticated Data and Legally Authenticated AI Systems, entering general availability in Q4 2026.
The TLIF establishes a legal layer that operates above the existing technical stack and gives its outputs legal meaning. TLIF-compliant infrastructure provides AI agents with verifiable legal identity, live access to the governing legal instruments that define their authorised scope, and an enforcement architecture that connects legal events to technical consequences at machine speed. Without it, enterprises deploying agents across organisational boundaries are producing results without producing accountability.
Both products are available for enterprise deployment in Q4 2026. Nooriam is currently accepting design partner applications from regulated enterprises deploying agentic AI across organisational boundaries in financial services, insurance, legal, and government sectors.
The legal framework was not applied after the fact. It was built in.
